If your hand painted clothing cracks or fades in that time period, we will personally touch up your items free of charge (PLEASE NOTE: they will need to be hand washed after being touched up). We will even pay all shipping costs (United States ONLY)!

Contact us to let us know the problem. (We may ask a few questions to determine the reason so we can continue to improve our hand painted clothing.) DO NOT SEND THE ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING US!

Send the hand painted clothing back to us via Standard Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

We will ship the hand painted clothing back to you, along with a refund check for the shipping amount (United States ONLY).

Please have a proof of purchase, such as your original receipt. If you did not keep your original receipt, we may remember your purchase or be able to locate our copy of the receipt.

Hand painted clothing must have Jennifer Meinking's original signature on each piece. This is the only way we can confirm that the items are our products.

If hand painted clothing is touched up, it must be hand washed thereafter. Wet paint does not adhere as well to dried paint.

You must ship Standard Mail with Delivery Confirmation IN THE UNITED STATES to receive a shipping refund. Other methods, including Standard Mail without Delivery Confirmation and International Shipping, will not be honored.

If the item is lost in the mail en route to us or to you, we will issue a replacement of the garment if possible or a credit to our store, but you must have proof that the item was sent. Please hang on to all receipts and delivery confirmation slips.

The personal guarantee expires six months from the date of purchase. This allows for normal wear and tear.
