Send the hand painted clothing back to me via Standard Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

I will touch up the hand painted clothing or replace the item completely.

I will ship the hand painted clothing back to you, along with a refund check for the shipping amount.

Please have a proof of purchase, such as your original receipt. If you did not keep your original receipt, I may remember your purchase or be able to locate my copy of the receipt.

Hand painted clothing must have my original signature on each piece. This is the only way I can confirm that the items are my product.

If hand painted clothing is touched up, it must be hand washed thereafter. Wet paint does not adhere as well to dried paint.

You may request a complete replacement only if a touch up will not make a noticeable difference in the hand painted clothing.

For obvious reasons, replacements will be in the original size. Requests for replacements in larger sizes will not be honored.

You must ship Standard Mail with Delivery Confirmation to receive a shipping refund. Other methods, including Standard Mail without Delivery Confirmation, will not be honored.

If the item is lost in the mail en route to me or to you, I will issue a replacement, but you must have proof that the item was sent. Please hang on to all receipts and delivery confirmation slips.

The personal guarantee expires three years from the date of purchase. This allows for normal wear and tear.
